Lone Mountain Land Company wanted this building to reflect the design vocabulary of Big Sky Town Center by developing a structure that looks like multiple storefronts built over time. The resulting building is a contemporary version of what currently exists in the Town Center. The main floor encourages pedestrian interaction through retail and restaurant tenants. The upper floors house one- and two-bedroom lockoff residences featuring balconies that enhance interactivity and reinforce a sense of security on the street level below.
