Scott was the architect of record for this project, while working at a previous firm. The concept for the Lone Peak Townhomes was to create a complex of modest cabin-style duplexes that would make the residents feel like they were in a small community complex. The property was densely developed and natural materials were employed – both inside and out – to reinforce the cabin theme.
