Aimed at revitalizing a section of Manhattan, Montana, the Manhattan Marketplace features an innovative, contemporary design approach that still pays homage to the historic nature of Manhattan. Brick, metal and glass were utilized, along with traditional building forms, to create this mixed-use development. The north side of the development houses small residential condos, while the middle and southern portions are slated for offices and retail establishments.
