This full-service grocery store project included designing and building operational spaces to support a deli; bakery, meat, and dairy departments; groceries to go; a coffee counter; self-checkout lanes; full-service checkout lanes; a customer service counter; a large freezer/cooler; a backroom; a produce prep area; a loading dock; and second floor offices, break room, and deli seating. The site also includes exterior seating, exterior display, and an additional pad site for future development, as well as additional parking to support the adjacent Ferguson Farm commercial development.
