Working in cooperation with the City of Belgrade, airport officials, and Morrison-Maierle engineers, Bechtle Architects is assisting Charter Realty & Development – a real estate investment, development, and leasing company with local and national offices – in realizing its vision for a mixed-use development neighboring Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. The plaza, occupying an old 50-acre pit mine just south of the Airport, includes hotels, restaurants and retail businesses.
