Lot 6 of Big Sky, Montana’s flourishing Town Center was designed as a distillery use building for a prospective tenant. The building’s two stories consist of 4,086 square feet on the main level and an additional 2,650 square feet on the second floor. Intended to emulate an old town western bar with modern forms, the building features a copper still located on the lot’s corner to entice passing traffic, and a two-story tasting room oriented to the west to provide patrons with stunning views of Lone Mountain. The project cost was $1.2 million.
