Located off Simkins Drive, in Big Sky, Montana’s bustling Town Center, this development is composed of 13 duplex units: three of the buildings house 2,800-square-foot three-bedroom residential units and the remaining 10 offer 4,000-square-foot four-bedroom units. Though the buildings are united by a contemporary mountain home aesthetic, each unit is customized by unique individual finishes as determined by the buyer. Designed to take advantage of the surrounding views in all directions, the buildings include private rooftop patios and decks that overlook the neighboring mountains and open space. The project budget was $21 million for the entire development.
