The second building in Mountain Village’s Elkhorn Creek Development, The Lodges at Elkhorn Creek provides a modern mountain spin on rural living. Utilizing the existing structure and maintaining continuity with the first building, Bechtle Architects updated the building assemblies and systems, while applying thoughtful exterior renovations to actualize a more contemporary vision.
In concert with the exterior, the Lodges’ enhanced interiors reflect a modernized aesthetic. The nine single-level units range in size from 2,050 to 3,150 square feet and feature four+ bedrooms and three+ baths in a choice of six unique floor plans. Each of the units was updated to include an additional bedroom and the building and unit layouts were reoriented so that all master bedrooms and living rooms now boast breathtaking views of Lone Mountain.
