Working in cooperation with the City of Belgrade, airport officials, and Morrison-Maierle engineers, Bechtle Architects is assisting Charter Realty & Development – a real estate investment, development, and leasing company with local and national offices – in realizing its vision for a mixed-use development neighboring Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. The plaza, occupying an old 50-acre pit mine just south of the Airport, includes hotels, restaurants and retail businesses. Pending City approval of the plans, construction for the anticipated complex is slated to begin next year.
