A driving factor in the design, daylight floods the space unimpeded by structural or interior design excesses. Whitewashed exposed beams and pipes lend a modern industrial appeal. A utilitarian ribbon element functions as bench seating and organically connects multiple areas of the office.
The team at Bechtle Architects did a great job guiding us through our first project in Ferguson Farm (The Boardwalk Building). Lee, Nick and Scott took so much time and care with our team and general contractor, meeting on a regular basis and making themselves available anytime we needed. Ultimately, they played a huge role in the creation of this beautiful building! Shortly after that was complete, Lee and Nick helped us put together an office space that we couldn’t be happier with! Their wealth of knowledge saved us money and time while giving us a very functional and efficient office space within the Boardwalk.
