LML Building 4

This three-story mixed-use building located in the Big Sky Town Center provides ground floor retail spaces and a music venue/bar with two stories of apartments above. Outdoor ground floor patio spaces were designed to create an extension of the Town Center Plaza across the street, providing a place to enjoy the beauty of Big Sky, Montana. The building is designed to complement the existing Town Center vernacular.

“As with all of our past projects with Bechtle Architects, Lone Mountain Land’s building at 76 Town Center Avenue surpassed our expectations, from design to delivery. For this project, we engaged Ben Elias and his team to complete tenant build-outs for roughly 75% of the ground floor commercial spaces. Each space was creatively imagined and appointed; any concerns that arose were immediately addressed and resolved. After five years and nearly as many projects, we trust Bechtle Architects’ judgement and design savvy, which makes for an efficient design process. More importantly, I enjoy working with them. With their expertise, Lone Mountain Land has been able to contribute to an inviting and lively town center for Big Sky, Montana residents and visitors alike. We look forward to continued partnership with the exceptional team of design professionals at Bechtle Architects.”
